All the timbers we use are treated against decay, we use two types of treatment VACSOL this treatment is a low pressure, water-based wood preservative that is both metal-free and VOC-free. it provides an effective envelope of long-term protection against fungal and insect attack. The treatment protects timber for up to 20 years.

 We use VACSOL treatment for all timbers above ground as it is a clear treatment.

TANALITH treatment is the treatment we use for wood underground which has been treated with chemicals to make it more durable and resistant to rot, fungus, mould and insects. we also use this treatment for the wood for our decking and it protects timber for up to 25 years.
